Indentity of a small tractor

Down the road a light 4 cyl gas tractor; has semi-circular drawbar extending forward of rear wheels, handles a one bottom plow with tongue reaching to the drawbar; name across front is BUSTER. Anyone ever heard of such a rig? Intend to stop and make inquiry about its history; from looks it has really been over the road and plowed a lot of ground.Have no idea if there are any other attachments. No idea about price but can't be much if this is an orphan of some kind. Polk Crawler
