FORD SUPER MAJOR TRACTOR

I'M LOOKING AT BUYING A FORD SUPER MAJOR TRACTOR MY COUSIN OWNS. HE SAIS TRACTOR RUNS FINE WITH LOTS OF POWER, BUT HAS A OIL LEAK ON ENGINE. ALSO HAS RUSTED OUT REAR TIRE RIM. IT ALSO HAS A FRONT END LOADER WITH MANUAL TRIP LEVER DUMP BUCKET. HE IS ASKING $1900.00.
I WANT THE TRACTOR FOR BUSH HOGGING MY 65 ACRE FARM AND PUTTING IN A FEW WILDLIFE FOOD PLOTS.
ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW IF THIS TRACTOR MIGHT BE WORTH THE MONEY.
