i would say sell them to a family member dirt cheap right away w/the buy back option. the wife doesnt always split everythign. my brother got a divorce (in illinois if one person signs the divorce papers its over even w/o reason or a good reason or both signatures.) his wife hated the tractors and gave them all to him cheerfully. had to split some other things but she hated them and agreed to give them to him
