Not sure what a F.E.I backhoe is, but generally the backhoe for the type of tractor you are talking about is a 3-point hitch backhoe, which is relatively small. Some of them have PTO hydraulic pumps, others run off the tractor hydraulics. The bigger backhoes go on a sub-frame but that usually requires a stronger, industrial type tractor. You generally want at least 10 or 12 GPM to satisfactorily run a backhoe or loader, otherwise they are really slow. I know this isn't much, but hope it helps some.
