Not really unless you want drop as far south as I -74 and stay off 30 this is nothing but traffic lights from I-55 east to I 65 best bet is to go thru real early in the am before 5 am but if they are still setting bridge beams there may be tempory land closures but as much as gas is your still money ahead to go straight thru still cheaper than trying to go around .
