If it has a large bolt and not a knot, I don't think that penetrating oil will help. I wouldn't use heat just yet, but I would try using an impact wrench gun. First, try using the reverse to loosen the bolt, and if that fails, try tightening it a little. Go back and forth and it should come out. If it does move, then squirt some penetrating oil going back and fourth. Take your time because you don't want to strip anything or break the bolt. TIA
