Duane - I assume you are referring to Ludwig's post.
As I see it it would give more farmers a chance to work .... For the love of farming, because as in other farming commodities the farmer gets $1.90 a bushel and the processors get $2.00 a lb.

Then they can pay 10c less a gallon for alternate fuel, when the dust settles.
Watch how other unrelated fuel prices increase (propane, wood, natural gas, hydro) as oil goes up.
As you say how will it be good for farmers.
