I have turned wrenches for 30 years and owned my own diagnostic facility for 18 years, and the Napa stuff has steadily gone to junk. The same here, they are the only game in town. I try to go to other sources when I can to save my clientele as much money as I can, but I usually have to talk them into leaving their vehicle a couple extra days or so.
