Do you have a front end loader on the tractor? If so, that's what to expect. The solution is some counterweight on the back or add a power steering system....or both. If you do not have a loader, then something is wrong. My wheel on my 800 is a little hard to turn when the tractor is standing still, but it steers fine when in motion.
