Skid loader blowing head gaskets

I am looking at buying a bobcat skid loader. It has a Wisconsin V-4 motor. The owner had the motor rebuilt. At about 40 hours it blew a head gasket. The rebuilder replaced it and it blew out again a few hours later. A third gasket was put in. This time after about 10 minutes it cracked the head right by the spark plug hole. Any ideas what is going on?
