The 5.9 Cummins was an option on the F700/F7000 series for certain years, (most of the '90's, I believe), so I think that one could be dropped in relatively easily. The 8.2 Fuel Pincher ( as they called it) was not that common, and short on gonads, but it was cheap for a Diesel. If the rest of the truck is OK, I'd chuck in the Cummins.
