There is a lot of info on the net about biodiesel. I think bean are about 20% oil. The hard part is getting it out of the beans. Crushing alone will leave a lot of oil still in the meal. The comercial processors use hexane to dissolve the oil then evaperate off and recapture the hexane for reuse leaving behind the oil. Then you either have to process the oil into biodiesel by removing the glycerin or convert your diesel engines to use straight veg oil. After all this you still have soybean meal you can sell.
