Problem with things like Dexter cows or Kiko goats and the like is price. There isn't a low grade or "commercial" grade. The market is made up almost exclusively of breeder folk who try to convince others that these animals are worth a fortune and price them accordingly. I think the Dexter is neat, but darned if I'm going to pay thousands of dollars for one.
