Jay, before you beatup California on this issue, there are similar regulations on a federal level, with further reaching regulations proposed. Isn't just them. And it isn't just cattle. Hogs and chickens are listed too. I didn't see horses, but gotta figure they're in there too, which oughta make Allan sleep easier. What wasn't mentioned was the methane gas levels leaking out of our Nations Rotunda. Mark Mark
