Looks like government could use about a 90% budget cut, hard to believe that the clowns won"t even attempt to trim the fat and they have money laying around for this stuff, what do you think they will suggest, emission testing for the cows, catalectic converters for the cows, smog pumps??
When are the people finally going to take back control and throw the bums out, better do it before it"s too late, they just keep getting crazier and crazier..
