I like your answer. Mechanisms!!!! Love em. You explored the mechanism as to why not and the answer was ok so you didn't object.

I think it is so gratifying to sit down and understand (attempt to) something broken, then go through the steps and upon finding the thing that doesn't support the mechanism having found what needed to be fixed.....and most of all why! And maybe going a bit farther and incorporating a fix to prevent it from occurring again.
