Slowroll, I remember when I started in the fert. biz in '84,going out to flag planes with a pickup on the ends. Was about this time of year,hot as he!!, they were flyin on counter for stalk borers.Talk about stupid,we stood out there and watched the planes go over,not always shut off when they went over!!! It's awonder alot of us have lived this long!!

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house. The gentleman no longer farmed because the entire area was developed with housing and light industry. I had stopped several times and knocked on the door but no one would answer.
