Sandblasting and a good painting with regular paint works. If you filled them it goes in the tube, not on the wheel....if the guy is careful. Around here the mix of choice today is 50-50 antifreeze and water. Don't know why you want fatter tires but if you are in ag you want a thinner tire for better traction (psi on the soil). Mark
