be careful of the 2 speed. I was driving my friend's 1954 ford dump truck and had the da%* shifter motor take a crap. The brakes were the old ones on the driveshaft, so I was going down a big hill, with the two speed in neutral and because the brakes were on the drive shaft, I had no brakes!!! Almost 90 miles an hour in a truck that old with no power steering is really scary. I built a "jigger" to fit inside the access cover of the two speed to lock it into one range at a time. Shifter motor no longer works, but at least you know you have brakes~~!!!
