Pulling them around is not a good idea. For one thing you can't get good traction,you are overstressing the gears and can break them and if it does move if you have a stuck valve you will bend a pushrod.
I just freed up a B by pulling off the valve cover,removeing the rocker arms and push rods.See if you can push in any of the valves.I had one that wouldn't budge.I removed the carb.and exhaust pipe and filled the intake and exhaust ports as full as I could get them.I used diesel use your favorite mixture.I worked the valves I could move to let more into the cylinders.Let sit one week. Then I looped a chain through the flywheel hooked a comealong onto this chain then ran the cable over and around the flywheel. Mine was hooked on the top and I ran it around until it came down to the bottom then out towards the back I hooked the other end into the drawbar frame and then tightened up the comealong this freed up the engine very easily. I just then worked it back and forth until it would spin completely around.Then I took a hammer and a block of wood and beat the valve down,then I could roll the flywheel around by hand and the piston would tap it back up.Soaked it good with PB blaster and keep working it until freed up.Put it all back together and then towed around in high gear with the plugs out to blow out the junk and extra fluids. Then fired it up.
