has anyone ever known TV to be right or unbiased?
1. rotary cutter...correct (IAW random manufacturers).
2. brush hog...commonly accepted term for the #1. above.
3. bush hog...ditto on the #2 answer. All three are acceptable terms of communications concerning this type of "cutter/mower".
