I'm kind of a wanna-be farmer and do some custom stuff for neighbors. Well I cut some hay last week, then they raked it to soon so it didn't dry like I had planned(raked it same night I cut it. Then it rained the next two days. The hay is for horses, and it looks like it may have developed a little mold after the rain. I have a couple of beef that would eat it. I was wondering if I should trade some of my good hay(yet to be made)for the bad stuff, I sorta feel responsible. What would you guys do?
