If you keep spinning the starter, soon you will be buying one of those too.

Either you had water or dirt in the can and the carbs jets are plugged. Try the bowl first, and if that doesn't work, you need to clean the carb.

I use a little squirt can with gas in it, and squirt a little gas directly into the carb after takeing the breather off.
