The slotted screw is the idle mixture adjustemnt and should be adjusted at 600 engine RPM.Screw it in slowly until the engine starts to lose speed and the screw out until the engine starts to run too rich(rough) then split the difference. The screw on the bottom is the load speed jet adjustment. With the engine running at 2400 RPM, slowly turn the screw in until the engine begins to lose RPM.Then slowly turn the screw out ontil the engine starts to run too rich. Then split the difference.Since the two jets sometimes interact ,repeat the process and fine tune the adjustments.Be sure the engine is properly timed before making these adjustments.
