McCormick F30 What should one ask?

Hi there. I have a gentleman interested in buying a F30 that has been sitting in our machine shed for about 40 years. Its under a corn picker and the engine is froze. What should a guy ask as far as money for it? We were offered $1000 once but my dad wasn't ready to sell it (dreams of fixing it up himself and driving it in parades) and he felt that was too much anyway. I aould appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks!!
