Cost of a new mower

Ok guy's, my 76 yr. old mom need's a new mower for her 601 Ford. Her current mower is a 5ft. covington cutter, but it is old old old, and rusted to boot! What kind of mower do ya'll suggest for an old woman that mow's often? It does not have to be a 5ft. but that is what she is used to. But it does have to work for her, so I'm not called every other day to fix it. Will have to be a 3 point hook up of course & I don't mind spending $ for a new one. But HOW MUCH AM I LOOKING AT? Also she need's a new rear tire 11.2-28 on a 10'' rim. How much for that? Sorry about all the newb ? , but mom is old and enjoy's her tractor! Bless Ya'll
