Over and you have annual license. Check the brakes if they are on one or two axle's. What type tiedown points are available for you to anchor your load. Get at least 10 ply tires and like the man said, radials. Then you can compare prices on those points. I have a PJ out of Texas and it is ok but would have been happier with a Felling. Oh, I use a 5th wheel instead of a gooseneck but same criteria applys. Good luck..
