my brother is almost as cheap as me and he bot a 2005 Malibu using the program window no-haggle price is supposed to be 3% under dealer invoice, some vehicles have rebates too (Malibu had $2000), dealer gets reinbursed some amount from GM to pay the 3% plus give some profit for the dealer dealer can share part of this GM money with customer to make the sale check out invoice price on Kelly Blue Book and then see what the no-haggle price is, then start haggling for piece of that GM money
