Air filter is new, I keep up on the maintenece on the ol Ford. No, it does not run clean, at idle it puffs smoke, and has a occasional miss, makes the engine shake, rev it up slightly, it smooths out, but smokes a bit more,, floor it, and it will really belch out the smoke, and sound like its getting too much. Does it everytime. The old injector pump died from water inthe fuel,, did not break the shaft, but quit pumping. it runs, but kinda erratic ever since. not like it used to, Chad
