Agreed. Very hard to help when using wrong discriptions. I've gotten calls for help on computers for years. Learning to use the proper terms has been a real education for me. Like talking some one through 30 minutes of testing. Hey! to all you new tractor people, we do not mean to make fun or critisize---this is just part of the learning/helping. Don't be afraid to ask even if you have to say "dohickey" or what ever. I hurt a nice lady's feelings last week and got yelled at when I meant no harm. Kennyp
