Check out my website on my Project tractor by the link below if you want to see how tough the NAA (Jubilee) tractors are. They can take quite a beating and come back strong with a little TLC. New parts are still available, and cheap. They are rated at about 35 hp, but really have around 29 usable hp after it travels through the tranny and PTO. Fair price is tricky, because it varies by demand and location. Here in North Texas I would say a fair Jubilee with all the implements listed would go for around $3500 or so. Converting to 12v is not to difficult, but not needed unless you have 12v accessories you need to run. Good luck,
