We had 11 kittens from 3 cats this spring - my wife's first kitties on the farm. Last night I followed someone out the driveway & to town, got a mile from home & saw a cat appear on the highway. An hour later it kinda bugged me, drove back home & only counted 10 kitties. Went back to the spot, called 2 times, and a very shy little kittie popped out of the grass by the state highway. Much longer story, but it dropped out from under the pickup at 40+ mph, ran to within 6" of the minivan coming down the other lane, then ran across the lane in front of me. With it's fur all puffed up, looked like a large full grown cat. Think it used up 3-4 of it's lives last nite. --->Paul
