And here I thought that eBay did not protect the buyers. I had a dealing with some fake parts manuals and since I did not buy all of them (that I got shipped) from Ebay. They did not want to do anything. eBay was a letdown there and in your case too it seems. How many 46 inch deck cut 46 inches? I bet there is not a one. Thats like says a car get 30 miles to the gallon and bring it back since it gets 29.9999.
