I just sold 5 lawn tractors for a John Deere dealer here in town, on ebay, only 1 was not taken and paid for. The one that did not sell was a Cub Cadet, with a 46 inch deck, the guy came to get it, and turned it down, do to actual width of blades was 45 1/2 inches. The deck says 46 inch cut. I am not going to list anything on ebay for a while, got a new gas furnace on there now, and that is it, I am done. Took a month for ebay, and PayPal to get a seller to send me what I had paid for, now I am fighting with ebay on filing a non paying bidders alert on the previously mentioned Cub Cadet, they are telling me that it was improperly listed, due to the actual blade width being 45 1/2 inches.
