Thanks guys for the info.. I just wonder what the exposed shaft under the "belly" is and what is leaking (appears to come from the threaded center of that shaft). Do you routinely have to take everyting apart to change a seal or can you pry them out and push the new one on w/out taking the shaft out or the case off? Remotes sound easy as Mike M. said... just do away w/them.
