This on-star thing is a peice of electronics in your car that they try to convince you how useful it is. Really it is a little black box that can keep track of you driving habits, this goes to insurance companies, local law enforcement, then because of the way you drive, and how fast, your insurance rates go up. Now, how is that for a wacked out conspiracy theory???? Scares me and I am fearless.:>)
