Allis Chalmers WC for a song

There has been a AC tractor I believe the model is a WC. Sitting at a horse ranch for a long time. I am sure it can be had for a song, or in my case for an hour discing. I know nothing about the rubber tire tractors. My AC thing is the AC model M crawler of which I have 10 of. So here is my question. Is this tractor worth messing with. It has been through several floods high as the top of the radiator' dip stick shows water in the oil. The trans may have some water also, with water being that high. Any input will be appreciated.
