Not a bad income with minimum expenses. Have ya inquired about your concerns. 15 years of prarie and native trees groing your would have quit the wildlife area. Does the crep income surpass your current profits on the land. I will be enrolling 40 acres next time around as it will be at least double the rent I get now. The cost sharing is nice as native seeds are pretty pricey. Whatever you do you have to feel good about it, if not dont do it.
