Absoulutly. In 15 years you get to pay taxes on worthless land. Govt will still run it with regulations, so I do not know what "land rights" you retain???? Neighobrs will be upset over all the water & wildlife that spills over onto their property. While they say any tile going to other property is replaced with solid tube, what happens if it blocks up or doesn"t work... Mad neighbors. Bugs me to take good farm land out of production - yours to what you want, but I see it as a govt buy-out of rural areas. We all should live in the city & work in our little govt cubicle... IMHO --->Paul
