Any 2x8 0r 3x8 will work , but you will need to make a swivel so that the cylinder can swing with the hitch i have made several for friends buy using repair ball and scokets for a three point in cat.II buy welding them at 90 degrees from each othere and turning the cylinder as so the clevis is in the side ways posision . And we have also made rear fork lifts from old forklift masks and mounted them on the three point with the same set up and this worked real well for not a bunch of bucks and we could stack two high down both side of my gosseneck .
