Leaded gas as it was known back in the "old days" hasn't existed since about 1985 or so. The added lead saved the valve seats on older engines, but more likely then not the N has been run for 20 years without it so the damage is done. If it's running good it probably already has the hardened seats installed. In short - its not worth the bother.
