Hey Sam, in most places its illegal to kill a swarm - not that it
matters, but worth knowing.

Every state has a beekeepers association and usually there is
someone who will come get them. Time is money, so be
prepared to pay something. If the beekeeper can gain access to
the hive, it is a relatively simple process - access is key. You
need to get the queen and rest will follow.

Call your local beekeeper's association and see if you can get
someone to help.
