Years ago when I was a bee keeper we would come out and remove them for free. But after an accendent with some bees I can no longer play with them. But as I said that was years ago not sure how they do it now.
If its under a building they may not be where they can be removed. One thing you can do if there is only one or two places they get in is the fill the holes with that expanding foam, but do it at night when they aren't out flying much and be ready to take a few stings.
