I had a bunch of'em in wall of an old outbuilding,called a local beekeeper,he would come get them,but couldn't tell me how much it was gonna cost to have them removed..they are now dead,I sprayed'em with gas..LOL I know that doesn't help ya with your oats,but i couldn't believe they were gonna charge me to come get them..
