An Old Guy Thing?

Hi Fellas, It has been a cold and wet spring here. I can't ever remember the cheat grass takin' over the hay fields the way it has this year. I know it is easier to spend the other guy's money and maybe I'm just an old geezer stuck in my old-fashioned ways, but it sure looks to me like the spring-toothed harrows should have been drug outta the tree rows and put to use this year. The guys that got out there and got after those hay fields early have clean fields; the rest look like this. The alfalfa is just now startin' to peek thru. Allan
