hey Jed, i quess you never delt with a lot of people. years ago I tried to trust people and delivered 2 tractors 300 miles with no money down, just their word that they would pay when you got there. When i unloaded them , then its time to play "let make a deal". they pick everthing apart and offer less money. Your now at their mercy, your 300 miles from home, you have no money yet. Either you take their lower offer or you load up and take them back home. I loaded them up and took off. Never again, at least a deposit. if they don't want the tractor , i leave with their deposit and atleast they paid for my fuel and time.....
