They're good folks with a good product. We call them the J.C.Whitney of tractors at work. Their main claim to fame with dealers is that they can sell parts that they don't represent. i.e. a Deere dealer can get Ford parts or the other way around. They don't fool much with newer tractors, they tend to stay back about 10 years or so. I have been dealing with them since the early 80's and have always had very good luck with their product.
