I just don't like using the handclutch to start and stop equipment. I have baled with mine in a pinch, and we used it for many years on a haybine until we got larger tractors. Now it's just a doodle tractor. Mainly for 3pt and loader work and also V-rake from time to time. I'm sure it's all in what you're used to. I like to hit the pto on the go and pull it out again with out ever slowing the tractor down. I prefer Case and John Deere for their true live pto. 970 Case and 4020 JD can't be beat. (In my opinion:))
