The irony is that I should have just come here :) I knew the 7 wires were pretty standard. I just didn't happen to have a diagram handy. 3 years ago I bought an Avalanche. First vehicle ever with a hitch and plug (7 wire) already on it. It came with a converter plug for flat 4, and I went to the Jayco dealer and bought their dealer made 7 wire to square 6 (a Jayco standard I understand). I was in trailer hookup heaven! Right connections all the time. No more replacing plugs cause they dragged on the ground :) Got a new trailer with my new skid steer in Dec. Plugged it right in! Wonderful! Now I want to pull the skid steer with the old Mack and it's got a six wire with strange wires, so I had to track down the "official" document. Put new plugs and wires on the 641 and no more miss. Running like a top. Don't need the loader much with the skid steer on hand now, and the bush hog I bought had the pto disconnected from the tractor it was on for a reason. Twisted a bit and absolutely stuck tight. So now that it's time to mow, gotta futz with that. Now my son's having all the fun with the toys and I'm commuting 60 miles one way to pay for it all :)
