RFE.........with that LOOOooong starter motor shaft of the N-Fords, you gently clamp yer starter motor UPSIDE-DOWN around that skinny shaft while you capture the top of the starter motor with yer left AMR-PITT. Now pressing down on yer arm-pitt, you can squeeze the starter drive gutts enuff to expose the roll-pin and can hold a driftpin driver with yer lefthand and gently knock-itt out with small hammer in righthand. (or vicie-aversa iff'n yer hamberdexterious)

Re-installation is a reversal of the removal ...except... change yer deoderant (grin).........Dell
